Born from a deep love of food and family, Noosh is inspired by my Afghan roots and the cooking traditions passed down by my mother after we immigrated to the U.S

I spent years in the restaurant and healthcare industries, but my passion always led me back to the kitchen—where I felt most at home, creating and connecting through food.

To honor our first year in business, in March of 2025, we gathered, made and donated 380 meals. In March 2026, we will be donating over 700 meals!

At Noosh, we believe food should nourish all bodies.
