Terms & Conditions of Sale

By completing your purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions governing the sale, delivery, handling, and return of food products from NOOSH Meal Prep ("we", "us" or "our").

  1. Refunds & Return Policy

    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy in place to ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations:

    • No Returns on Opened Items: Once a meal has been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with, it is strictly non-returnable or non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Eligible Returns: Refunds may only be issued for meals that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging, and must be returned within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
    • Return Request Process: To request a return or refund, please contact us at Info@nooshmeals.com or call us at 702-666-4135 within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Include your order number, the item(s) in question, and a photo showing the condition of the sealed product. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
    • Non-Refundable Scenarios Include (but are not limited to): 

      • Opened, unsealed, or partially consumed meals
      • Customer error in ordering (e.g., wrong package selected)
      • Dislike of taste or texture (as food preferences vary)
      • Improper handling or storage after delivery

  2. Food Safety & Handling Responsibility
    All meals are prepared in a licensed facility that adheres to local and state health department regulations. Once meals have been delivered or picked up:


    • It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the proper storage and handling of all meals (e.g., refrigeration within two hours, heating instructions followed).
    • NOOSH Meal Prep is not liable for any illness, storage, or consumption of meals after they have left our facility
    • We strongly recommend that all meals be consumed within the recommended time frame as indicated on your packaging and provided guidelines.


  3. Allergy Notice & Dietary Restrictions
    While we make every effort to accommodate dietary preferences and clearly label ingredients, all meals are prepared in a shared commercial kitchen environment that may process allergens including, but not limited to: nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, shellfish, and wheat.

    • We do not guarantee that any menu item is completely free of any allergen.
    • By placing an order, the customer assumes all risk and responsibility for their own dietary and allergen sensitivities.
    • Customers with severe allergies are advised to use discretion when ordering and my contact us with specific concerns prior to placing an order.

  4. Order Modifications & Cancellations
    • Orders are final and may not be modified or cancled once production has begun. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that any modifications can be accommodated after a certain cutoff time.
    • Refunds will not be issued for missed pickups or deliveries to customer unavailability.

  5. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOOSH Meal Prep shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.  This includes but is not limited to illness, injury, or loss resulting from food consumption, allergic reactions, or improper food handling after delivery.

  6. Acceptance of Terms
    By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.  These terms are subject to change without notice.  It is the customer's responsibility to review this page prior to completing each purchase.
